The Feasting Primer

If you are a good cook who is thinking about running your first feast or someone who is thinking about cooking for larger numbers, a good plan is essential. The Known World Handbook was a wonderful place to start (it had 10 pages that were just enough to excite and inspire) but sometimes a bit more is needed.  Like any good project, the key to a successful feast is planning and it starts much earlier than you think.
